Lisa Arce

I am a senior enterprise finance executive with 20+ years of experience scaling FP&A at high-growth SaaS and technology companies. As Head of FP&A at Mozilla, I grew the team from 5 to 12 and owned the company’s enterprise AI and planning platform transformation. I now advise SaaS companies preparing for or coming off a capital raise, and other growing companies, on finance transformation, automation, and scalable planning.
