Lisa Arce

I am a senior enterprise finance executive with more than 20 years of experience scaling FP&A functions at high-growth SaaS and technology companies. I know what finance teams need to succeed, and I advise finance leaders on the systems, processes, and planning that get them there.

As Head of FP&A at Mozilla, I grew the team from 5 to 12, including promoting a manager and a team lead. I built the company’s first product-level P&L, put capital allocation and stage-gating discipline around $10-50M of annual investment, and owned the company’s enterprise AI (Claude) and EPM (Pigment) transformation.

Earlier, I built the FP&A function at Peek Travel, supporting its $80M Series C. I also built FP&A teams from the ground up at Helix Education and MasterControl.

My focus is SaaS companies that are preparing for or coming off a capital raise and want to scale quickly. The same approach applies to other growing companies. I advise on FP&A build-outs, ERP and EPM selection and implementation, process redesign, and fractional CFO and FP&A engagements.

I hold a CMA and an MBA. Outside of work, I serve on the leadership team for TEDxSaltLakeCity, volunteer as a scuba diver, and love to travel.
